Algorithm fair-draw-v1: winners = an unbiased Fisher-Yates over the candidates, driven by HMAC-SHA256(serverSeed, sha256(clientSeed):nonce:counter). The server committed to sha256(serverSeed) before your seed was known, so it could not steer the outcome.
